rbajj Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. This document constitutes a legal agreement between you and rbajj.
Introduction and General Information
1.1 Parties to the Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the rbajj platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and any registered user ("User", "you", "your"). By accessing rbajj or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 Applicability and Amendments
These Terms apply to the rbajj website, mobile application and all related services. rbajj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will make every reasonable effort to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.3 Language of Communication
These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to Bangladeshi users. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.
Account Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
The rbajj platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. By registering, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are using the platform of your own judgment and responsibility.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, rbajj reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any bonuses associated with them.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address is prohibited.
- If multiple family members on the same device need to use their own accounts, our support team must be informed.
- Using another person's account credentials is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held. rbajj may request additional documents at any time for identity verification purposes.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) secure. You must not allow any third party to access your account. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, you must notify our support team immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit Limits and Methods
The following payment methods are currently supported on the rbajj platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. All required details must be filled in correctly at the time of deposit. rbajj is not responsible for failed transactions caused by incorrect information.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification is complete.
- Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.
- Additional verification may be required for suspicious or unusual transactions.
3.3 Currency
All transactions on the rbajj platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.
3.4 Transaction Cancellation

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users on rbajj will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus. Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the total amount (deposit + bonus).
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be applicable for use on certain games — please refer to the individual terms of each offer.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
- The same promotion cannot be claimed twice.
- The time limit for meeting wagering requirements will be stated in the details of each offer.
- rbajj reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
4.3 VIP Cashback Program
The rbajj VIP Program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

User Responsibilities and Code of Conduct
5.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbajj platform:
- Any form of fraud, deception or dishonest conduct.
- Playing games using bots, automated scripts or any artificial assistance.
- Money laundering or any activity involving illegal funds.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or security systems.
- Harassing other users or engaging in abusive behaviour.
- Operating accounts artificially for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
5.2 Responsible Gambling

All content on the rbajj platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and databases — is the intellectual property of rbajj or its respective licensors. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any content without prior permission is prohibited.
6.2 Third-Party Intellectual Property
Our platform features games from various providers including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI and PG Soft. The intellectual property rights to these games and related content belong to their respective providers.
Limitation of Liability and Severability
7.1 Service Availability
rbajj strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, server upgrades or other reasons. rbajj is not liable in such circumstances.
7.2 Limitation of Damages
rbajj is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of income, data loss or loss of business opportunity. Our maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the preceding 30 days.
7.3 Technical Errors
If a software fault, network issue or server outage affects the outcome of a game during play, rbajj reserves the right to review the situation and make a decision. Any abnormal winnings or transactions resulting from a technical error will be considered void.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bonus funds will be forfeited, however the return of legitimate deposits will be subject to review.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any other specific policies together constitute the entire agreement between the user and rbajj, and supersede any prior oral or written agreements.
11.3 No Waiver
If rbajj does not exercise a right in a particular instance, this does not mean that right has been waived. rbajj may exercise that right in full in the same or different circumstances in the future.
11.4 Amendment Notice
If significant changes are made to these Terms, we will post a notice on the website. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you may request to close your account.
